NRSV year in review – 2007 marked the band’s 18 year anniversary of being the most truly hardcore band on the scene. We’ve played many shows this year and we thank everyone for their participation and support. Our European tour in October which sent us back to Holland, Belgium, Germany, and the U.K.; was our most successful tour to date, and we’ll continue to tour and play shows in support of ‘STILL DRINKING’ well into 2008. Check the ‘shows’ page for the latest tour info; as NRSV continues to share the stage w/ great bands like Body Count, Murphy’s Law, Bad Brains, MDC and other greats. In 2007 we also were very proud to be included on a CD tribute to our friends in Sick Of It All – check that Cd out – it features NRSV doing our rendition of the classic song ‘World Full Of Hate’.

Looking forward to 2008, NRSV will be releasing a ‘classic tracks’ CD that’ll include all the NRSV ‘must have’ songs that you gotta have in order to sing along, pile on and dance hard. The CD will be available by April.
Currently we’re putting together footage that will be used for the release of our 2nd NRSV – DVD. Watch out for the trailer coming soon.
NYHC Documentary - the long awaited release of the aviator films award winning documentary on the new york hardcore scene circa 1990’s will be released on DVD on March 29th. The NYHC DVD will include 8 hours of extra footage including a section featuring NRSV doing a ‘where are they now’ – appearances by Mike D. and Vinny Value. Read the press release here.
